Terms & Conditions, Return & Withdrawal Policy
The following agreements apply to the images listed in the product list.
1) Buying a painting
The seller is the owner of the website Eric Hubbes
The purchase is made through the designated form or via email communication by mutual agreement.
The purchase is completed when the full price plus transportation and insurance costs have been paid.
The purchase date is considered the date of full payment received in the seller’s account at a German bank.
Shipping will necessarily include transport insurance.
The shipment of the artwork will occur promptly after a cancellation period of 48 hours has elapsed with DHL, DPD, or UPS or another carrier in prior agreement with the buyer.
The delivery time depends on the carrier and is known to the buyer. The buyer assumes the risk that the actual delivery duration may differ from the initially indicated delivery timeframe.
Payment is currently only possible via direct bank transfer to an account with a German commercial bank.
If the artwork arrives damaged, an insurance claim arises, which the buyer must document.
2) Withdrawal
The buyer can cancel the purchase within 48 hours.
The deadline for the start of the period is the date the payment is received in the seller’s account.
The buyer will receive a full refund of the amount received in the seller’s account.
The seller will not ship the item within the first 24 hours after payment is received.
3) Reurn
The customer can return the picture within 14 calendar days after receipt.
The buyer bears the shipping costs and risks for the return.
A refund of the purchase price for the picture will only be issued if the picture is returned undamaged to the seller.
Any damage to the picture upon return will be documented by the seller.
4) Exceptions
For customized orders (e.g., portraits), the terms for cancellation and return do not apply.
