Still Life in my Parents’ Living Room

Eric Hubbes Fantastic Worlds
Metamorphoses of a bouquet
of "Tulips and the Creatures in my Kitchen"

The acrylic paintings “Still life in my parents’ living room” numbered from 1 to 4 are all different in approach, but still all painted in the same style with acrylic, charcoal, and felt-tip pen.

These are four experimental works that are similar in approach to the painting “The Tulips and Creatures in My Kitchen”.  The bouquet of tulips on the table takes center stage and is framed by abstract shapes. The pineapple, the lemon and the coffee cup are becoming more and more alienated.
